📝 Description

The Rifleman-Pattern is an interesting war machine, found on many knight worlds that have experienced war more than others. Considered borderline heresy by the more staunch players in the mechanicum, the Rifleman has still shown its effectiveness on the field of battle as a scout for larger knight lances or as a force multiplier for infantry forces. Knight houses that field this war machine face an interesting dilemma attempting to recruit new bondsmen for this pattern as the machine spirit tends to reject any pilot without actual combat experience. Normally reserved for the lower nobility and retainers, houses are forced, at times, to recruit from the heroes of lowly guard regiments after the completion of wars or battles. This creates a point of contention with ‘purist’ houses that believe the practice dilutes their honor. Despite this, the Rifleman has been a mainstay in variable doctrines, making them prized allies to the guard and marines. Their inherent nature also makes them more likely to work as bondsmen to freeblades as well.

The Rifleman stands approximately 100mm tall and is designed to fit on a 100mm base, but can fit others depending on pose. The battlemech has articulated and magnetised limbs for custom poses. There are optional armour components and multiple weapon types and fitment options, including hand and elbow mounted weapons. The Rifleman Bondsman comes with a Chain Glaive and Thermal Spear, plus hand weapons and a torso-mounted Heavy Stubber or Melta Gun.

🔍 Hobbyist Notes and Transparency

Transparency is our core value. Many wargaming terrain sellers use digital computer renders to hide the reality of their 3D prints. We are different. Our main photos are of the actual, raw, resin kit you will receive.

• Finish Details: Unpainted or Zenithal-primed items arrive ready for priming/painting to your custom design. Pro-Painted models are painted to a precise studio specification (please note there may be minor variations due to the hand-painted nature of the process). Pro-Painted items arrive fully finished and ready to play with just a small amount of assembly.
• Assembly: While no glue is necessary, you may like to permanently fix the main structure pieces together using superglue (cyanoacrylate) or epoxy resin. (Note: Standard plastic cement/poly cement will not bond with PLA or resin).
• Print Quality: Printing is carried out on our commercial-grade, high-resolution 16K / Ultra Resin printers using premium Elegoo Tough ABS-Like resin. This material is engineered for crisp panel lines, tight tolerances, and high impact resistance on the tabletop. We strictly inspect all components for flaws, but on occasion, minor cleaning up with a sharp hobby blade may be required prior to assembly.
• Resin Batches: Although we take steps to prevent it, slight color variations in the finished product may occur between resin batches. This does not affect the structural quality of the model, and priming or painting will completely conceal any variation.
