  • Handling Time:<\/strong> All standard physical items and made-to-order 3D prints are processed within the time specified in the listing (excluding weekends and UK public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. This varies depending on the complexity of the made-to-order print, but the following general handling times are to be expected:\n

    • Signature Collection items – 2 business days<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Small figures – 1 to 3 business days<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Single pieces of terrain comprising 1kg or less of material – 1-3 business days<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Single pieces of terrain comprising 2 – 5kg of material – 2-10 business days<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Zenithal-Primed terrain – an additional business day<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Pro-Painted Terrain – 5-10 business days<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • You will receive a notification email with tracking information once your order has shipped.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
