- Custom or made-to-order 3D prints (unless defective or damaged in transit).
- Gift cards.
- Clearance or final-sale items.
3. Damaged or Defective Goods
- If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at sales@infidim-tech.co.uk with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
- We will gladly send a free replacement or issue a full refund for damaged or defective items.
4. How to Initiate a Return
- Email our support team at sales@infidim-tech.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
- If approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address and instructions.
- Package the item securely and ship it back using a trackable shipping service.
5. Return Shipping Costs
- Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs for standard returns (e.g., changing your mind or ordering the wrong item). Return shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Our Responsibility: If the return is due to an error on our part (damaged, defective, or wrong item sent), we will provide a prepaid return shipping label or cover all shipping costs.
6. Refunds Process
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment (e.g., credit card, PayPal) within 5–7 business days.
